The part nobody measures
A missed call doesn't show up anywhere.
There's no notification, no entry in a register, no angry email. The caller tried once, got a ring tone, and called somebody else. You will never know it happened.
- After closingThe desk has gone home. The caller saw your ad on the way back from work and rang anyway.
- During the rushEveryone is with a customer. The phone rings four times and gives up.
- Your day offYou're closed. The enquiry isn't — it goes to whoever picked up first.
Put your own numbers in.
Over the whole time they stay with you, not just the first sale.

Walking out of the door every year
₹9.4 lakh
Connec8 Desk won't win all of that back — nobody will. If it converts 25% of the calls that currently go nowhere, that's ₹2.3 lakh a year you aren't getting today.
The question everybody asks first
You don't change your number.
You don't change your signboard.
Nothing on your board, your Google listing, your visiting cards or your van has to change. You tell your phone to pass on the calls it can't take. Three taps, and it's reversible in one.
- 6:12
Forward my calls
Tap a row and press call. Your phone does the rest.
When I don't answer
Your phone rings first. If nobody picks up, the call moves across.
When I'm already on a call
The second caller gets answered instead of a busy tone.
When my phone is off or has no signal
Covers dead batteries, flights and patchy areas.
STEP 01Tap the case you want covered
Connec8 Desk shows you the three ways a call gets missed. Pick the ones you want us to catch.

The number on your signboard. Unchanged.
STEP 03Your customer dials the same number as always
They have no idea anything happened. They just get an answer instead of a ring tone.
Want it off again? One more tap dials ##002# and your phone goes back to exactly how it was.
Hindi · English · Hinglish
Your customers don't speak one language. Neither does Ava.
Nobody calls a gym in Pune and speaks textbook Hindi, or textbook English. They switch mid-sentence — and so does this, because it was built here rather than translated from something built for Ohio.
Haan ji, morning 6 se 11 tak open rehta hai — and the first session is free.
Hindi EnglishSix switches in one sentence. Nobody had to press 1 for English.
hi-INजी हाँ, सुबह छह बजे से ग्यारह बजे तक खुला रहता है।Ji haan, subah chhe baje se gyarah baje tak khula rehta hai.
For callers who'd rather not switch.
en-INYes, we're open from six to eleven in the morning. For the caller who opens in English.
You choose which of the three it uses. Set it to English only for a corporate clinic, or leave all three on and let the caller lead — it follows whoever is talking.
No surprises
It only says what you typed.
There is no mystery here. Your prices, your timings, your services and your rules sit in a list you can read in thirty seconds and edit from your phone. Change a price and the very next call uses the new one.
And if you'd rather it didn't?
Switch price quoting off entirely. It takes the enquiry, notes what they wanted, and leaves the quoting to you.

- 1
The call ends
Every word is saved — what they asked, what Ava answered, where the conversation went.
- 2
A lead is written
Name, number, what they wanted, and how likely they are to actually turn up, scored from the call itself.
- 3
Your team picks it up
In your list by morning. You decide who on your staff can see leads, transcripts or settings.
- 4
Somebody follows up
Move it from new to qualified to converted. Now you finally know what your phone is worth.
And when Ava can't help — an angry customer, a question nobody anticipated, a caller who just wants a person — it says so and hands over. Forwarded live to a phone you nominate, or written up in your inbox. It does not improvise.
Getting started
Ten minutes of your time. One thing that isn't up to us.
Setting it up is quick and you can do all of it from a phone. The one step that isn't instant is activating a phone number — and we'd rather you heard that here than found it out mid-signup.
- 15 min
Answer six questions about your business
Your name, hours, what you sell and what it costs. If you already have a price list, paste it in — Ava reads it as-is.
- 23 min
Upload two business documents
Your certificate of incorporation or Udyam registration, and your GST certificate. Straight through to the telecom operator — we don't keep copies.
- 32 min
Forward your calls, then ring your own number
Three taps on your phone, one test call to hear it answer. Then flip the switch to live whenever you're ready.
About those documents — the honest version
Indian telecom rules require the business renting a phone number to be verified first. Every provider has this; most of them just don't tell you until you've already given them your card. Verification usually clears in fifteen minutes, occasionally one working day. Everything else — your knowledge base, your settings, your team — you can set up while you wait.
Already have a number you advertise? You keep it. The verified number sits behind it and never appears on anything a customer sees.
Pricing
Here's what it costs. No form in the way.
Billed per conversation, not per minute — because you can picture 400 conversations against your own call volume, and you can't picture 800 minutes. Monthly, no contract, no setup fee.

What counts as a conversation?
One answered call, however long it runs. A wrong number that hangs up in four seconds isn't counted, and neither is a call your own team picks up.
What about the phone number?
₹399a month per number, on top of your plan. That's the line we rent for you and the compliance that comes with it. If you're forwarding from a number you already own, you still need one of ours behind it — but nobody outside your business ever sees it.
Who you're dealing with
A real company, with an address and a phone number.
You're about to let something answer your business phone. You should know exactly who built it and how to reach a person about it.

Your calls stay yours
Leads, recordings and transcripts belong to your account. They are never shown to another business, never sold, and never used to train anything.
Your team, your rules
You decide who on your staff can see leads, read transcripts or change settings. A trainer on the floor doesn't need the same access as you.
Carried on Indian lines
Your number is an Indian number, verified against your business documents with the operator, and calls are carried within India end to end.
You can stop whenever
No contract. Cancel and your forwarding goes back to normal with one tap. Ask us to delete your data and we delete it.
Straight answers
The things owners actually ask.
If yours isn't here, ask it on the form below and a person will answer it.
Will it sound like a robot?
It sounds like a person on a phone line — it pauses, it says 'haan ji', it doesn't read a script at you. Play the call at the top of this page and judge for yourself, because that is the only honest answer to this question.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. That is the whole point. You keep the number on your signboard, your Google listing and your visiting cards. You set your phone to forward calls you don't pick up, which takes one tap. Nothing else about your business changes.
My staff already answers the phone. Why do I need this?
You don't need it for the calls your staff answers — those still ring at the desk first, exactly as they do today. This is for the ones nobody gets to: after closing, during a rush, when the desk is on the floor. Those calls currently go to voicemail or to whoever picks up next in the search results.
What if it can't answer something?
It says so, takes the caller's name and number, and hands the call to a human — either forwarded live to a phone you nominate, or written up in your inbox with what they wanted. It does not guess.
What if it quotes a wrong price or promises something I can't deliver?
It can only say what you typed. Your prices, timings, services and policies live in a knowledge base you control, and you can also switch price quoting off entirely — then it takes the enquiry and lets you quote yourself.
Does it actually work in Hindi, or is it English with an accent?
Hindi, English and Hinglish, and it switches mid-sentence the way your customers actually talk — 'membership ka rate ₹1,800 hai, and the first session is free.' You pick which languages it uses.
Can I turn it off?
One switch, from your phone, any time. Turn it off and calls just ring at your desk like before. Turn it back on before you leave for the day. Nothing is locked.
How long until it's actually working?
Setting it up takes about ten minutes. The one thing that isn't instant is activating a phone number — Indian telecom rules require your business documents (certificate of incorporation or Udyam, plus GST) to be verified first, which takes anywhere from fifteen minutes to one working day. We tell you this up front rather than letting you discover it halfway through signup.
What happens to my call recordings and customer numbers?
They stay in your account, visible only to you and the staff you give access to. You control who on your team can see leads, transcripts or settings — and you can delete any of it.
Is there a contract?
No contract and no setup fee. Monthly, cancel whenever. If it isn't earning its keep in the first month you should stop paying for it.
Next step
Leave your number. We'll ring you — like a normal business.
A short call, in Hindi or English. We'll ask what your phone does on a busy evening, show you what Ava would say to those callers, and tell you honestly if this isn't worth it for you yet.
- No deck, no 45-minute demo.
- A real person, usually the same day.
- If your call volume is too low to justify it, we'll say so.
